Have you ever tried a TV Turnoff year?

In this Black Friday where a lot of people are going to renew their TV screen, I realize it's been one year I've being without TV! Even if I have never been a TV addict, the move to the US was the opportunity to change habits. Now one year later, I can say that it was an eye opening experience. I found a lot of benefits: the 1 hour extra time a day (maybe more...) giving me the feeling to do more workout / Internet / reading. I feel free of negative news, in a good spirit and don't think I really miss something.

I don't want a TV anymore, no regrets!
